Courtney Silverthorne

Representing:  Eastern North Carolina

Ms. Silverthorne graduated from UNC-Wilmington in 1991 with a B.S. in Marine Biology. She began her career in Environmental Health in New Hanover County. From 1992-2005 she worked for Craven County Environmental Health and in 2005 she joined Pitt County Environmental Health in their On-Site Wastewater and Vector Management sections. Ms. Silverthorne is also serving on the North Carolina State Of Practice Committee.

Ms. Silverthorne is a member of the Northeastern District Environmental Health Section, Eastern District North Carolina Public Health Association/EHS-EDNCPHA, North Carolina Public Health Association, North Carolina Mosquito and Vector Control Association.
