Gregory Caulder

Board Member

Eastern NC

Greg Caulder graduated from UNC Pembroke in 1997 with a BS degree in Biology, and he has been a Registered Environmental Health Specialist in North Carolina since 1998. Greg, who owns GMC Construction of NC, Inc., a construction and development company based out of Fayetteville, NC, previously worked as an REHS in Halifax and Hoke counties. Currently, he is a licensed NC General Contractor who is also licensed as a Grade 2 Wastewater Operator and a Sub Surface Operator and is an active member of the North Carolina Public Health Association (NCPHA). In addition, Greg serves on the City of Lumberton Planning Board and the Southeastern Charter School.

In 2018, Governor Roy Cooper appointed Greg to the Public-Spirited Citizen position on the Board.
