Alicia Pickett is Regional Environmental Health Specialist for western part of the state with the N.C. Department of Public Health, Food Protection and Facilities Branch. Her undergraduate degree is in Environmental Health from Western Carolina University and Master of Science in Public Health from Walden University. Alicia worked in local county environmental health for 32 years before retiring. She is also an accreditation site visitor with UNC-Chapel Hill Institute for Public Health.
