2013 a new year and a new look
Welcome to the new look and feel for rsboard.com website. The Board is pleased to announce the roll out of this new format. The content is the same or has been refreshed. The colors are a little different. There is more detail in the menus or navigation of the website. The website is optimized for the viewing and interaction on mobile devices. The website is equally friendly and viewable in either Iphone and Android operating systems.
The Board is introducing its new domain name: ncrehs.com. For an interim period, rsboard.com will point to the old website while ncrehs.com will point to the new website. After a short period of adjustment, either domain name will point to the new website. If you have a need to review the old website, just look at the links on the right sidebar in the lower corner for a quick link to the old website.
